fc-os is the internal app for the founders club at srm. one login, and every club tool sits behind it. it's live at fc-os.tech, and the full write-up is on its project page.

it runs on claw, the home server in my dorm. getting it there touched a bunch of things i want to write notes on:

  • Tailscale Funnel: the only way in, since campus lets only port 443 out
  • Cloudflare Workers: sits in front, puts the right hostname on requests and caches static files
  • Coolify: builds and runs the app and its postgres
  • Postgres LISTEN NOTIFY: how the boards update live
  • RBAC: roles, permissions and who can approve whom
